About This Project
A 2D real-estate explainer animation created for Tecnocasa, in collaboration with Please Films Production, designed to introduce the latest features added to the Tecnocasa website in a simple, clear, and engaging way.
I developed the storyboard and visual flow, structuring the information into a dynamic narrative that guides viewers through each new website feature. The animation combines smooth connected transitions, real website wireframes, and step-by-step scene design to make the features easy to understand while maintaining an engaging visual experience.

Concept & Brief
Understanding the client's vision, target audience, and animation objectives to establish a clear creative direction and ensure the final video effectively communicates its message.
Step 02
Design & Animation
Developing a detailed storyboard to establish the visual direction and narrative flow of the explainer video, then bringing the concepts to life through polished motion design and animation using After Effects.
Step 03
Delivery
Adding the final edits, voice-over, music, and sound effects.
